No. Fanal runs in your mobile browser. There is nothing to install. Add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.

Fanal supports business identifiers, VAT details, invoice numbering and supply type codes. Users must confirm the tax treatment and invoice details for each transaction. Fanal does not currently fiscalise invoices through the MRA e-Invoicing Portal.

No. Fanal does not currently connect to the MRA e-Invoicing Portal or issue fiscalised invoices. Check your business category and turnover against current MRA rules, and use an EBS registered and onboarded with the MRA if your business is in scope.

The invoice editor supports supplier and customer details, line descriptions, quantities, unit prices, VAT rates, invoice numbering and dates. Required details depend on the supply and each business's tax status; review the invoice against current MRA rules before issuing it.

Yes. Create a quote, send it as a PDF and collect customer approval online. Approved quotes can be converted into numbered invoices, with the invoice details available for review before sending.

The available codes follow the MRA template: TC01 taxable at 15%, TC02 taxable at 0%, TC03 exempt, TC04 non-fiscal items, TC05 standard-rated supplies to exempt bodies/persons, and TC06 outside the scope of VAT. The correct classification depends on the transaction. See the current MRA standard e-invoice template.

Yes. Mark invoices as paid, flag overdue payments, and see what is owed at a glance. Fanal supports cash, bank transfer, MCB Juice, MyT, and cheque payment methods.

Yes. The Pro plan includes a 30-day cash-flow forecast based on your invoiced amounts, payment history, and outstanding balances — so you always know what is coming in.

Fanal flags overdue invoices and lets you see which clients owe you money. Email-based automated reminders are on the product roadmap.

Yes. The Pro plan includes a real-time dashboard showing monthly revenue, top owing clients, 30-day cash forecast, and VAT due — so you always know where your business stands.

Fanal provides monthly KPIs, revenue summaries, expense breakdowns, client aging reports, and VAT calculations. All reports are viewable on your phone or exportable.

Yes. Log business expenses with categories, amounts, and receipts. Expenses feed into your dashboard and reports for a complete financial picture.

Yes. Fanal has a full English and French interface, switchable per user. The bilingual design is built for the Mauritian market.

Fanal has a free plan with 3 invoices per month. Paid plans are Starter at Rs 540/month (up to 50 invoices) and Pro at Rs 990/month (unlimited invoices, full dashboard, cash forecast, and VAT view). A one-off Rs 1,500 onboarding fee includes a one-hour training session and is currently waived for the first 100 signups.

You can create an account and explore the app before committing. The onboarding session ensures you are comfortable before going live.

Yes. There is no lock-in contract. Cancel any month — you keep your data.
